Counter-Notification

If you believe that the material removed or disabled due to a copyright claim is not infringing, or that you have the right to use the material, you may send a counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification must include:

Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material.
Your contact information, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification.

Once we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content unless the original complainant files a court action against you within 10 business days.
